Super excited to see both homes slabs down last month. The development is starting to take shape with 2 houses framework commenced and we are about 50% completed the framing stage milestone and should be finished end of next month with external walls, windows and doors to be install shortly.
Thanks to the building crews at Ontier Group and their amazing team of skill carpenters and timber suppliers for all their hard work to get this project grow above ground. Love your work! We are forever grateful for the amazing people we have working with us on this project.

Awaken South Brighton is taking very good shape and racing to the finish line. The finishing touches are being added. These homes will be practically complete estimated next few weeks. It will be a big next few weeks ahead for our builder Bettio Constructions working very hard onsite coordinates with all the trades and suppliers to have this one completed and things are looking great. We are very happy with how these stunning coastal homes look toward completion. We can’t wait to showcase the finished product 👌❤

Demolition Day at Serenity West Beach! It’s super exciting watching a house get demolished. Houses take months to build yet hours to knock down. Thank you, Dejay Contracting team for the amazing demolition work onsite this week! They are working tirelessly to get the site prepared for construction in June 2024. Love your work!

Awaken South Brighton is on track with our construction program dates thanks to the building crew at Bettio Constructions. All external claddings and roof completed, we were very pleased to see the scaffolding had all come down to see the development take shape, access to the properties is easier and it is also a sign that we are well on our way to the final stages of completing the project estimated end September 2024.
The homes are inspired by timeless elegance and modern architecture, which can be seen in the contrasting earthy tones with a combination of timber and marble tiles, western red cedar, curves and clean white painted bricks have been applied to the external facade that is above all on trend. A distinct 6m high ceiling open void which make the entrance grand design and abundance of natural light in the north facing coming together to create spaces that will elevate every aspect of your life, and creates a striking custom designed home.
The internal linings will commence next week. Great work to our builder team from Bettio Constructions. Love your work!
