Merry Christmas 🎄 and wishing you a successful 2026 from our family to yours.
As 2025 comes to an end, we’re grateful for a year that challenged us, shaped us, and ultimately rewarded us.
One milestone we’re proud to share is the successful off-market sale of our Serene Beaumont project — a prime 1,676m² DA-approved site for four architecturally designed luxury homes in one of Adelaide’s most tightly held blue-chip suburbs.
This result followed a highly competitive off-market campaign, attracting multiple cash, unconditional offers and securing a private investor to take the project into its next phase. Outcomes like this are never accidental — they’re built on clarity of vision, patience, and the right people around the table.
This project pushed us outside our comfort zone. A sloping site, 2 significant trees, and complex approvals demanded thoughtful design and trust in our process. What could have been stressful became one of the most rewarding journeys we’ve experienced — a reminder that challenges often lead to the best outcomes.
We’re deeply grateful to Alexi Broikos and Julia De Rosa from Refined Real Estate for their strategic thinking, creativity, and dedication in delivering such an outstanding sale result off market.
We loved the journey from vision, to design, to sale and are proud to share the high quality drone footage and 3D renders images attached, showcasing what will be an exceptional end product once completed.

Whilst we have been a bit quiet on the socials, but busy behind the Scenes! 🌟
We’ve been hard at work wrapping up a truly special luxury project, and we’re excited to finally share this stunning custom coastal home with you through this video! 🎥✨
Last year was packed with non-stop action as we completed these beautiful coastal homes. Both properties were sold off the plan within just 4 months of launching, and we’re proud to say the entire luxury residential project was completed in just 12 months, start to finish! 🏡🔑
