Phuong is driven by a passion for people, design, and building wealth through property development. As a mentor to property investors across South Australia, she leverages her 18 years of experience in real estate sales and development. A CPA qualified accountant, project manager, and self-made multi-millionaire entrepreneur, Phuong brings vision, expertise, and hands-on experience to every project she undertakes.
Having gained extensive experience working on multi-million dollar projects for corporate
accounting firms, Phuong developed strong technical expertise in business acquisition, financing,
feasibility, risk management, company structuring, and joint venture partnerships. In 2008, driven
by passion and vision, she transitioned to full-time property development, establishing her own
approach to creating architecturally designed townhouses and highly liveable properties that meet
local market demand.
Today, Phuong’s focus is on building ADGS into Adelaide’s leading property development and land
acquisition company. Her vision is to consistently deliver cutting-edge, high-quality homes that
prioritise location, lifestyle, and access to key amenities. Together with her team, she is
